The One Show nominated for a BAFTA

The One Show has been nominated for a BAFTA Audience Award 2010 and the public can now vote for their winner on http://www.youtube.com/baftaonline

Throughout 2009 and 2010, DCD-owned Prospect, the London and Cardiff based factual and formats specialist has been producing a large number of insert films for the popular topical daily magazine show.

Last year Prospect delivered over 30 short films on a wide range of subjects ranging from the human brain to the Second World War - some of the most memorable films included a series of 5 films about the history of the Grand National leading up to the race itself and a film about how conkers were used to make explosives during the war effort.

The company is due to deliver over 60 factual and specialist factual films throughout 2010.
